Tom Belotti

Tom graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Notre Dame University Fremantle in 2009 and is a 350-hour accredited Yoga Teacher. Tom has also extended his education by studying Polestar Clinical Pilates and various other Movement methods. Tom focuses on Exercise Based Rehabilitation, specialising in Clinical Movement therapy, utilising an innovative approach to client management suitable for pain, movement or injury concerns.

Having previously worked extensively in the Public Hospital System, Tom has strong medical knowledge suited to best managing complex clients. Tom provides ongoing mindful movement based programs tailored to meet the needs of individual clients. Having a genuine interest in his client’s well being, Tom values client education, self-awareness, recognition of a clear path to recovery and active client involvement.

Tom has rehabilitated himself through a serious chronic health issue, shoulder and pelvic injuries and this has ignited a strong passion for Movement and Mindfulness, which he continues to explore with self-practice and ongoing study.

Tom also runs a training course for Physiotherapists in Perth under the banner of Clinical Movement. Tom educates Physiotherapists about how to integrate a science based, mindful movement approach into clinical practice so as to best maximise client outcomes.

Tom specialises in Private and Semi Private Exercise Based Rehabilitation Sessions.
